Program Manager
Job Summary:
The Program Manager is responsible for direct supervision, coordination, and supporting all staff and clients while maintaining compliance of federal, state, and local regulations.
Key responsibilities:

Scheduling all shift coverage for staff at the assigned program and arranging for relief coverage when needed including approving/correcting staff timesheets as needed.

Planning and facilitating client service plan meetings. Develop and Implement client care plans (IISP’S, FA/PBSP’S, IFP’S) in accordance with clients PCSP to remain in compliance with DDA policies. Including ensuring staff follow client care plans. Also attend and report accurate support information at annual client assessments.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records for each individual client assigned to the program including but not limited to completion of yearly forms, ensuring all care plans are implemented and follow Mission Vista’s and DDA’S WACS and Policies.

Ensuring that all staff training and onboarding of new staff is completed thoroughly, and training deadlines are met, including but not limited to 40-hour training completion, annual CE’s, New Hire coaching, Paychex training, and monthly safety trainings.

Conduct weekly staff meetings. Communicate regularly with staff regarding anything related to client care and program operations.

Oversee all client financial records to ensure accuracy, and records are current. And are verified, in accordance with Mission Vista Policy and DDA’S financial WACS and Policies.

Handle any employee concerns by taking the appropriate action per policy.

Maintain client medication inventory as required by Mission Vista and DDA policy.

Ensure staff are assisting with activities of daily living that follow DDA and Mission Vista’s vision and guiding values that include Inclusion, Status and Contributions, Relationships, Power and Choice, Health and Safety, and Competence.

Maintain communication with DDA case managers and client guardians/family as appropriate.

Follow all mandated reporting responsibilities.

Compensation starting range will be 48,000 - 60,000k based on experience, plus benefits. Mission Vista offers competitive benefits ie; Medical, Dental and Vision, 401K, Vacation etc.
Qualifications:

3-5 years’ experience in capacity of overseeing and supervising employees.

Care giving or related experience preferred.

Ability to demonstrate a clear understanding of company and DDA policies and procedures, including WAC, DDA policies and guidelines.

Higer Education i.e. College degree preferred.

Ability to be professional and maintain HIPPA confidentiality.

First Aid, CPR & Blood Borne Pathogens (training provided)

Availability to work non-standard work hours (nights and or weekends and holidays as needed
