Vocational Specialist Full Time

Position Details for Vocational Specialist Full Time
Primary functions of the job are job searching, job development, and job coaching and maintaining consistent professional contact with local employers.
Community Inclusion functions include assisting with community activities and volunteer positions.
Completing and maintaining required documentation are also key functions of the position.
Maintain consistent, professional communication with client supervisors as a means of supporting clients.
Assist Community Inclusion clients in identifying personal interests and favorite activities.
Requirements:
· 1-2 years’ Experience caring for others in a registered and/or medical facility preferred
· Driver’s License with Transportation: Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation.
· Background Check: Successful applicants will need to pass a background check.
· Computer Skills: Proficiency in basic computer skills is required.
· High School Diploma: Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent.
· Self-Starter: We’re looking for individuals who are proactive and self-motivated.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

DSP Position Full Time
Mission Vista is seeking attentive and trustworthy people to join our staff in providing excellent care for our clients. The DSP position is responsible for assisting individual adults with developmental disabilities to ensure their basic needs are met.
Position Details For DSP Full Time
Mission Vista is looking for someone who is patient, empathetic, encouraging, and has strong people skills. Giving our clients a sense of security and respect.
Shift Differentials paid for Evening and Graveyard Shifts.
Evening: 2pm – 10pm
Graveyard: 10pm – 6:00am
Requirements:
• 1-2 years’ experience caring for others in a registered and/or medical facility preferred, and CNA certification and experience is a plus.
• Driver's License Required
• Pass Criminal Background check
• Read and Write English • Ability to lift 40lbs
• Microsoft software knowledge a plus
• Data entry ability preferred
