Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Part Time

Mission Vista is seeking attentive and trustworthy people to join our staff in providing excellent care for our clients. The DSP position is responsible for assisting an individual or several individual adults with developmental disabilities to ensure their basic needs are met. Mission Vista is looking for someone who is patient, empathetic, encouraging, and has strong people skills. Giving our clients a sense of security and respect.

 

Hiring for the following Part-Time shifts:

 

 6am – 11am

 4pm – 9pm

 

Requirements:

​

• 1-2 years’ experience caring for others in a registered and/or medical facility preferred, and CNA certification and experience is a plus.

​

• Driver's License Required

• Pass Criminal Background check

• Read and Write English • Ability to lift 40lbs

• Microsoft software knowledge a plus

• Data entry ability preferred

 

Pay/Benefits

• $18-$22/hour plus shift differentials paid for both evening and graveyard shifts
