We are thrilled to share the joy and pride we experienced during the recent Project SEARCH Stemilt Graduation Ceremony, where we honored the incredible achievements of our interns. This unforgettable day marked the culmination of months of hard work, growth, and perseverance – and the beginning of exciting new chapters in each intern’s life. The ceremony was filled with touching moments, as our graduates took the stage to reflect on their journeys. Their heartfelt speeches moved many in the audience to tears, as they spoke about their goals, the challenges they overcame, and the support they received along the way. It was clear how much this milestone meant to them – and how determined they are to carry their experiences forward into the workforce and beyond. One of the most emotional parts of the event was the slideshow presentation. As photos and played across the screen, capturing special memories and behind-the-scenes snapshots of their time in the program, many in the crowd couldn’t hold back tears. Families, staff, mentors, and community members alike were deeply moved by the interns' transformation and success. We couldn’t be prouder of each graduate. • Casting Joy at The Cove & Wrapping Up at the 59er Diner – A Memorable Day at Fish Lake, Leavenworth

There’s nothing quite like the crisp mountain air, a shimmering lake, and the joy of good company—and our recent fishing trip to The Cove at Fish Lake in Leavenworth, WA, was one for the books! Staff and clients alike spent the day out on the water, soaking in the peaceful surroundings and fresh air. Spirits were high as we cast our lines and shared laughter, despite a little challenge from the wind, which kept us from renting pontoon boats as originally planned. But true to form, everyone adapted with smiles and enthusiasm, making the most of the experience. Nature had its own show in store: two majestic bald eagles soared above us, gracefully swooping down to snatch fish from the lake—a stunning reminder of the beauty that surrounds us. A special highlight of the day was seeing one of our clients, who hasn't joined us on an outing in quite some time, step out of his comfort zone and truly shine. He not only joined us but caught two beautiful rainbow trout—the only one to do so that day! His excitement was contagious, and the pride on his face made every moment worthwhile. After a morning of fishing and enjoying a hearty lunch with plenty of snacks, we packed up and headed down to the 59er Diner. The place was buzzing, and we had our own section—packed and full of laughter. The waitresses were wonderful, and the vintage jukebox tunes created the perfect backdrop for a fun and satisfying dinner. By the time we hit the road back home, yawns filled the van. It was the kind of peaceful tired that only comes after a day well spent—fresh air, good food, shared joy, and new memories made. We’re already looking forward to the next adventure. Until then, tight lines and warm hearts! 🎣🦅✨

  • Mission Vista 2025 Company BBQ – A Day to Remember!

Our 2025 Mission Vista Company BBQ was an absolute Success! We were thrilled to see such a great turnout — friends, family, clients, and staff all came together for an unforgettable day of fun, food, and fellowship. The star of the show? The food, of course! A huge shout-out to Katie Jackson for preparing the most mouth-watering pulled pork and pulled chicken — it was a crowd favorite and completely delicious. We also enjoyed a spread of macaroni salad, potato salad, cake, chips, drinks, and even a zero-sugar cake for those keeping an eye on their sugar intake. Every bite was a hit! But it wasn’t just about the food — the day was packed with games, laughter, and sunshine . From lawn games to friendly competitions, there was no shortage of fun. It was heartwarming to see everyone smiling, relaxing, and connecting in such a positive and joyful setting. Thank you to everyone who helped organize, brought a dish, or simply came out to enjoy the day. The 2025 Company BBQ reminded us just how special our Mission Vista community truly is.
